Size Guide
Every Carrion Belt comes with seven traditional oval holes spaced 1 inch apart. Seven is the ideal number because it gives the belt three main holes either side of the centre hole, this makes it perfect for inbetween waist sizes and everyday adjustments, as well as leaving extra room for possible future changes to your size, whether that be bigger or smaller, giving our belts the best chance to remain usable throughout your lifetime.
The very middle hole of the seven represents the belt’s true size. For example, our Large belt is made to fit a true 36 inch waist, and the two holes either side fit a true 35 or 37 inch waist, see chart below.
We’ve taken everything into account and all our belts fit to the same size from one style to another, and any further adjustments have been made to make sure they fit to a true waist size, but to make sure you order correctly please take the time to measure your waist and not to rely on what a shop bought garment says, because as you know shop sizes can greatly differ, so if you are in doubt please take the time to measure your true waist size.
How to measure your belt size
Stand in a relaxed, natural position and place the tape measure around your natural waist line on your bare skin, making sure its straight all the way around your back and front without breathing in or pushing your belly out, just be natural. The measuring tape should fit well and feel comfortable, not too tight not too loose, just exactly how you like your clothing to fit your waist. Check the measurement in inches and decide what your waist measurement is i.e. 35, 36, 37 etc, then using the above chart choose what belt size you want to go for. Please also note that measurements will end up different if you wear styles of trousers which fit to a low or high waisted position, this measuring guide is to fit your natural waist line and natural waist measurement.
